My husband and I walked in for a couples 30 minute massage and we had no wait. The staff was very friendly, and the massages were great! Just the right amount of pressure.
Pretty good massage for $65. The place is clean and comfortable.
I'm thrilled to share my updated experience returning to the establishment. After my review from last week caught the manager's attention, they reached out to me promptly. The welcoming lady on the phone patiently listened to my concerns and offered me a discounted massage. She ensured that the previous billing discrepancy was rectified, adding to the positive experience. Upon my return, I was greeted warmly and escorted to a clean and serene room with soothing music. Anna, my masseuse, attentively addressed my needs throughout the session, displaying professionalism and excellent communication skills. I am delighted to continue booking sessions with Anna, and this five-star review is dedicated to her exceptional service. Thank you, Anna, for a wonderful experience. ——————— I contacted a Vita massage parlor and requested an hour-long session with a therapist named Sophie or Sophia, referred by a friend who has worked here. Upon arrival, the signage indicated walk-ins were welcome. Inside, a strange individual took me to a room Upon entering the room, she asked for $65, and I paid $70 in cash, and asked if I had an appointment!?!? Despite confirming, the interaction turned hostile. The therapist!!! demanded I leave, claiming she didn't know me. Despite showing evidence of my prior call and the walk-in policy, I was treated rudely. The environment seemed clean, but I can't guarantee it. The treatment left me stressed and disappointed, and upon returning home, I realized I was shortchanged, since I only had $40 in my hands. I won't return due to the poor experience and hope the management addresses their policies. It's hard to fathom being treated like a thief or saboteur when entering a business establishment as a normal, polite customer.
Don't let building fool you, great massage, walk-ins welcome. Extra clean and is a great body massage place. Asks for preference is massage pressure (medium or hard) and hard was just what I needed! Strong and therapeutic. Near Japanese Auto Care if you need to kill time waiting for your car. They do ask for cash prior to service. Bring cash otherwise there is a $2 charge for credit card fee (this is common for a lot of Chinese massage place).
